Where can you ship?

Currently, we only ship within the United States

What sizes are available?

Available in a variety of colors, our one-size-fits-all ties are designed for comfort and a clean, flattering look.

How long should my order take to arrive?

Most ties will arrive in 7-10 business days. 

What is your return policy?

The request must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase for full refund or exchange

The tie must be in its original, unworn, resealable condition

 

This does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage by improper use or accidental damage

Please allow processing time (up to 14 days) for your refund

How can I return or exchange an item?

Just follow these simple steps:

 

1. Email with us with your request and details about the exchange or refund.

2. Complete the form that we send to you and select either a refund or an exchange. 

3. Print your return label, place the item in the mail, and we’ll handle the rest. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund or new item. 

What items are returnable for a full refund?
  • Items purchased and delivered within 30 days 

  • Unworn, resaleable items

  • Items delivered damaged or unwearable

What if I want to return an item I purchased on sale/clearance?

All clearance merchandise is Final Sale and cannot be returned

Is it easy to return purchases

Simply email us for a form at mycelestialties@gmail.com, print off the necessary return label, and drop your return in the mail.

 

We will begin processing your return upon notification of mailing.

How soon will I get my refund? 

Please allow up to 14 business days for full refunds to be processed, and/or 1-2 business days for store credit or exchange returns.
